A Bahraini national, Mohammed is a highly strategic media and public relations professional with more than 20 years’ experience in developing, implementing and evaluating effective communications strategies.
A qualified journalist and member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), Mohammed leverages his in-depth knowledge of the Middle East market and culture, enjoying strong relationships with local and regional government authorities and industry media.
Mohammed began his career working with leading travel trade and hospitality organisations in the region, including Gulf Air, where he was the network public relations manager
He moved to Dubai in 1997 to take up a role with the British Tourist Authority (BTA), where he was regional public relations manager with responsibility for all Middle East media and public relations activity.
Since then he has successfully implemented numerous public relations, marketing campaigns and events targeting the Arab community for various major organisations in the UK and Middle East. These include Emirates Airlines, Transguard, Arabian Travel Market, Sharjah International Automobile Show, Gulf Air, Daimler Chrysler, Aston Martin, British Airways, Ittihad Airways, Saudi Airlines, Starwood Group, InterContinental Hotels, Oxford Street Management (London), Champneys Health & Spa Group (UK) along with national tourist councils throughout the UK.
